Phebe Jewell lives in Seattle, Washington with her family. Her work appears or is forthcoming in in Monkeybicycle, Spelk, Ellipsis Zine, New Flash Fiction Review, Sky Island Journal, MoonPark Review, The Cabinet of Heed, Brilliant Flash Fiction, Crack the Spine, and X-R-A-Y Literary Magazine. A teacher at Seattle Central College, she also volunteers for the Freedom Education Project Puget Sound, a nonprofit providing college courses for women in prison.
